Hyuki is a poor boy who was abandoned by his mother as a baby and started living himself in a poor city. In the city he was living on, the people idolized the ones who could steal or kill faster, because of that Hyuki became famous for having the power of changing the velocity of the things. One day, Hyuki’s City was attacked by a monster. The monster was the result of the expirements made by some scientists to make the human being evolute faster. After seeing his friends being killed in front of his eyes, Hyuki promised that,one day, he would have his revenge.
