VoyceMe Community Guidelines (as of October 1, 2025)
These VoyceMe Community Guidelines play an important role in maintaining a positive experience for our users. VoyceMe is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where everyone can express themselves freely and connect meaningfully. To maintain the integrity of the VoyceMe community, we have zero tolerance for harmful and illegal behavior including violence, harassment, and discrimination. These actions go against VoyceMe core values and diminish the experience for all users. We invite you to explore, share experiences, exchange ideas, and build connections in our vibrant community in accordance with these Community Guidelines. Together, we can create a space where creativity flourishes and meaningful conversations thrive.
Please follow these rules, in addition to all applicable laws, the VoyceMe Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when using the services available across the VoyceMe website and platforms. When we are notified or otherwise become aware of a potential rule violation, we may review and take action, including limiting or terminating a user’s access to the community or platform, or as otherwise specified in these rules. We may modify these rules without the obligation of notifying any user or any person, so please check these rules from time to time.
1. llegal Activities
Do not use the VoyceMe service or platform to engage or promote illegal activities, including trafficking, pornography, or to promote dangerous or illegal acts.
2. Malicious Use
Do not transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious or destructive code.
Do not distribute content that, in any manner, harms or interferes with the operation of the VoyceMe service or platform.
3. Spam
Do not engage in spam activity, including sending or creating characters that will provide unwanted promotional or commercial content, or unwanted mass solicitation.
4. Misinformation
Do not post or disseminate false information that is likely to contribute to the risk of imminent violence or physical harm or interfere with political processes.
5. Harassment and Bullying
Do not insult, threat, stalk, or share private information without consent.
Do not engage in sending repeated unsolicited messages, making derogatory remarks based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or disability, and inciting others to engage in such behaviors.
Harassment and bullying are not tolerated on the VoyceMe platform. If you encounter or witness harassment or bullying, please report it immediately using our provided tools. Our goal is to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all users.
6. Violence and Threats
Do not distribute depictions of graphic or gratuitous violence. Such content may be removed and we may escalate to law enforcement when we perceive a genuine risk of physical harm, or a direct threat to public safety.
Do not threaten others or organize acts of real-world violence.
7. Hate Speech
Do not post or distribute content that promotes hatred or violence towards groups of people based on their race or ethnic origin, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Do not post or distribute content related to or depicting historical atrocities or idolization of hate figures or the promotion of the same.
8. Child Exploitation
Do not create or depict characters who are minors or whose age is not clearly defined as over 18. This includes "aged-up" characters, originally depicted as minors in source material.
Do not circumvent this rule by making realistic or human-like depictions of underage characters, even if fictional.
9. Sexually Explicit Material
Do not post real images or overly realistic AI-generated images of any individuals to protect privacy and prevent the misuse of someone's likeness without consent.
Do not violate privacy boundaries of any individual to ensure a respectful and safe environment within the VoyceMe platform.
10. Imagery of Sexual Activity
Do not depict explicit sexual activity and stimulation. Implied sexual activity is permitted when contextually appropriate (medical, educational, fictional representation).
11. Fetish Content
Do not post content involving acts that are likely to lead to the death of any person or animal, dismemberment, cannibalism, or bodily fluids such as feces and urine.
12. Bestiality
Do not promote or normalize sexual attraction or engagement with real-life nonhuman animals or other living things. However, fictional species are exempt from this rule.
13. Non-Consensual Sexually Explicit Material
Do not post content that exploits people through sextortion or revenge pornography.
Do not post or threaten to post non-consensual intimate imagery, or other secretly taken imagery of commonly sexualized body parts.
Do not post or threaten to post private sexual conversations.
14. Self-Harm
Do not post or distribute content that entails any promotion or encouragement of suicide, self-mutilation, eating disorders, or drug abuse.
15. Impersonation or Deceptive Behavior
Do not use the VoyceMe service or platform to impersonate others.
Do not provide false information, post photos of others without permission, create an account for anyone other than yourself, create multiple accounts, or solicit payments from other users.
16. Personal and Confidential Information
Do not share or disseminate other people’s personal and confidential information, such as photos, credit card numbers, account passwords, or contact information.
17. Account Hijacking
Do not access another user’s account without permission.
Do not use the VoyceMe service for phishing scams.
18. Intellectual property
Do not share content if you are uncertain of your rights to do so.
Do not take the risk of committing acts of infringement as you have the obligation to respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights. Accounts that consist solely of other people’s content or content copied from the Internet may be disabled.
19. Restricted Goods
Do not advertise or attempt to deal in transactions involving regulated goods.
20. Contests, Promotions, Solicitations
Do not run unauthorized contests or promotions.
Do not solicit users for business purposes without permission.
We protect our users and the overall VoyceMe community through rigorous content monitoring, combining human oversight with automated systems that utilize advanced AI technology. This is done in order to monitor and review VoyceMe accounts, characters, and interactions for content that may violate these Community Guidelines, the VoyceMe Terms of Use, or otherwise may generally and reasonably be harmful. Our goal is to ensure that every interaction on the VoyceMe platform remains appropriate, comfortable, positive and enriching for all users, whether you are engaging with AI characters or fellow community members. All content must adhere to these Community Guidelines regardless of context or intent.
As users, you play an important role in reporting content or behavior that may violate these Community Guidelines. If anything happens that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, we highly encourage you to stop interacting with the character. If you encounter content, a character, or a user that you believe violates the above rules, please report it through support@voyce.me. We reiterate that we reserve the right to review, take down or remove any content that violates these Community Guidelines, and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly disregard or violate these rules.
